RETURNS
Returns are only accepted on full priced merchandise purchased from Amina Gallery provided that the items have not been worn or used or damaged due to misuse. All returned items must be postmarked within 15 days of the original delivery received date in order to be eligible for a full refund.
All returns must include a copy of the invoice with your complete order and contact information. Returns received without the appropriate paperwork will not constitute a refund.
Paintings and sale merchandise (i.e. discounted items) is final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Colors, size, extra figures can be customized or added.
20 % deposit, remaining balance once the painting is ready.
Price of the painting does not include framing and installing
or shipping charge in case of shipping etc…
Certificates of Master piece paintings can be provided upon request.
What to expect: Paintings may differ slightly from the original, because it’s handmade and cannot be a complete duplicated version of the picture.
Processing period: 15 to 20 working days after the down payment.
Shipping charge & framing of the painting is not included and will be quoted once the painting is ready. Amina Gallery is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit.
Please allow additional time for the bank to process and post the transaction.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In case of International Orders, Amina Gallery will not bare the exchange rate cost and will always refund in Bahrain Dinar value

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 4-5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Amina Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Amina Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
